What began as weekend baking in a small kitchen has grown into 500 FS — a place where homemade food and real passion meet. The recipes are tested more, but the standards have only gotten higher. We still make everything in small batches, refusing to share anything we wouldn't serve to our own families. Every batch of cakes, pastries and chocolates comes from the same care and attention.
